"ABSOLUCID forte" is a disinfectant based on a combination of quaternary ammonium compounds and glutaraldehyde. The preparation has been developed as a means for disinfecting medical devices combined with pre-sterilization cleaning, manual and mechanized methods, high-level disinfection and sterilization. It is produced with a dispenser and a dosage table on the package. The development of preparations based on glutaraldehyde is associated with the search for the optimal ratio between the effectiveness of glutaraldehyde and the minimization of its negative aspects. ABSOLUCID forte implements a set of solutions affecting not only the composition of the preparation, but also its packaging and the technological process of using the disinfectant. The combination of QACs and aldehyde can significantly reduce the overall toxicity of working solutions by increasing antimicrobial activity and reducing the aldehyde content in the working solution without losing biocidal activity. The second, no less important way is to minimize personnel contact with disinfectants containing aldehydes. The third is to exclude heating of working solutions. "ABSOLUCID forte" is a preparation that is maximally safe to use, due to the following solutions: the composition is selected in such a way as to achieve the minimum possible effective concentrations; the packaging is designed to minimize workers' contact with the preparation; heating of the product is excluded and under these conditions some of the best indicators of the microbiological activity of the preparation are ensured. "ABSOLUCID forte" has a wide range of antimicrobial activity: bactericidal activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including mycobacterium tuberculosis); fungicidal activity against pathogenic fungi causing candidiasis and trichophytosis; virucidal activity, including against poliomyelitis pathogens. "ABSOLUCID forte" is distinguished by: ease of use - the preparation is packed in polyethylene canisters, each of which is equipped with a measuring scale, a high-precision 8 ml dispenser and a dosage table on the label.
